Everything about lead times, warranty, returns, and what actually comes in the box. Can't find what you need? Message us on WhatsApp.
How long until my order ships?
Every unit is made to order, with a lead time of up to 7 days before it ships. Custom builds (colour, name, or logo requests) follow the same 7-day lead time. Once it ships, delivery via Pudo takes a further 3–5 days.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — every order ships free via Pudo, no minimum spend required.
What's covered under the 3-month warranty?
The warranty is comprehensive and covers damage from reasonable use. If something breaks doing what it's designed for, it's covered — these units are built to be genuinely difficult to break, and we'd rather be lenient than restrictive about that. It doesn't cover damage that's intentional, or inflicted in a way where it's obvious the product wasn't going to survive (using it to test durability against impacts it was never designed for, that sort of thing).
Can I return or exchange my order?
In line with South African e-commerce law (the ECT Act's cooling-off right), you can cancel and return an order within 7 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Outside of that 7-day window, we don't offer returns or exchanges — as a small operation we can't absorb the cost of open-ended returns, so this window is firm.
What's included with a pre-built order?
Each unit comes with a spare sear, spare hammer, and 4 spare cap strikers, so you've got backups on hand. BBs and caps are not included — you'll need to bring your own.
I need a spare part — what do I do?
Email darkpointkinetics@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort you out.
Is there an age restriction?
We recommend 18+ to purchase, with supervised use for anyone younger — the standard most of the airsoft industry follows. These aren't classified as firearms or regulated airguns under South African law, but they're still not toys; treat them with the same care and respect for others that you would any airsoft gear.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not currently — shipping is limited to South Africa for now.
Can I order more than one and get a discount?
Yes — buy any 2 or more grenades (mix and match GRAD-3 and GRAD-5) and get 20% off automatically at checkout.
