Last updated: August 2026. Darkpoint Kinetics is operated by an individual (sole proprietor) trading as "Darkpoint Kinetics," based in South Africa. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the item only unless stated otherwise — delivery is free via Pudo. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, including after payment, in which case you'll be refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We never see or store your card or banking details — that's handled entirely by PayFast.
Lead time & delivery
Every order is made to order, with a lead time of up to 7 days before it ships, followed by 3–5 days delivery via Pudo, free of charge. Delivery is limited to South Africa. Full details are on the FAQ page.
Returns & cancellations
In line with South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel and return your order within 7 days of receiving it, no reason required. Outside that window, we don't accept returns or exchanges. See the FAQ page for full detail.
Warranty
Every pre-built unit is covered by a 3-month warranty against damage from reasonable use. It doesn't cover intentional damage or use in a way where damage was clearly likely. Full detail is on the FAQ page.
Safety & intended use
These are airsoft props for recreational use, not toys for young children and not real ordnance or weapons. Always wear appropriate eye protection when using airsoft equipment, never aim any airsoft device at someone's face or at anyone who isn't knowingly participating and equally protected, and use only as intended. We recommend 18+ to purchase, with supervised use for anyone younger.
Limitation of liability
Products are sold as recreational airsoft equipment, used at the buyer's own risk and discretion. To the extent permitted by law, Darkpoint Kinetics isn't liable for damage, injury, or loss arising from misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
